The creative forces behind Electric Landscapes of Rebellion are Edith Alonso and Antony Maubert who are better known as Campo de Interferencia. The Spanish duo explores the acousmatic varieties of electroacoustic music on the fringes to noise and integrates them into field recordings, found sounds and actual instruments. Initially founded in 2007 as a project for experimental improvisation, it quickly expanded to other directions, aiming at the promotion of sound art in general.
