Nodepet is Olliver Wichmann, whose music can be defined best as electroacoustic expressionism: Whilst sound elements were originally derived from field recordings, clicks and cuts, laptop music, ambient textures and noise, the overall result is unfamiliar but listenable: There are sudden changes or interruptions, piano and forte, harmony and dissonance, tension and relaxation, but also a common thread and sophisticated structures. Since 2009, the artist has released his music as Synflict.
