Valerio Orlandini is a sound artist from Florence, Italy who is also active in the fields of video art and photography. Describing his music as somewhere between dark ambient, industrial and drone, he also does not shy away from sound experimentation, incorporating collected sounds and noise (after all Karl-Heinz Stockhausen is one of his favourite musicians). A common thread is the look and feel of an abandoned, dusty industrial mindscape.
